I usually don't read books involving vampires and werewolves, but Trolls for Dust caught my attention with the mystery aspect, and I had a great time reading this book. What's really going on at Vale Studios?The characters are varied and fun--my personal favorite is Tippa Andrews--and I hope they continue their adventures (or misadventures, as the case may be) in the next book. I'm looking forward to it.
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys vampires, werewolves, and the like, and the mystery portion should appeal to fans of that particular genre who might want to try something new.

I am an avid fan of science fiction and fantasy. I was extremely surprised how good this book was. Once I began to read this book. I could not stop. It captivated my imagination. Can't wait to read the next book.
When I tried to describe this book to a couple friends they scrunched up their faces in confusion so I am not going to give a description here as I seem to not do that well and the general book description sums the book up well enough. That said, this book was a fun read! My best advice is to try the sample. Read page one and if you like it then read page two and so on. If you get to the end of the sample you may want to just purchase the book.

This book is like a combination between a fantasy novel and a reality t.v. show, and since I enjoy both of those things, I greatly enjoyed this book. Because this is a book partially about a television show, most of the characters are two people, and at first it can be a little hard keeping things straight and remembering who is who, although I had a harder time remembering the physical descriptions for most of the characters, and that kind of bothers me. It's also mostly my failing, not the books.
The storyline is very intriguing with a whole lot of mystery about what exactly is going on. There are several hints that were fairly easy for me to pick up on. I imagine most other readers will too. I enjoyed trying to figure out what was going on behind the scenes so to speak.
My one complaint is that some of the formatting is off and there were just a few too many spelling errors for a book of this size (particularly with the words lighting and lightning).
Overall it was a very enjoyable read and I look forward to getting my hands on the next book in the series (at least there better be another book in this series because there are questions I still need answered. I would definitely recommend this book to people that enjoy fantasy and reality t.v. shows.
